A lovely vintage oak French desk with tambour roll top. The desk has four drawers on the left hand side, three on the right (two normal size and one deeper drawer made to look like two drawers), a central drawer and a tambour top which opens to reveal additional storage. The tambour runs smoothly and still has the original lock and key. When the tambour is closed it also locks the centre drawer and the top right hand drawer. There is a gap in the top of the left hand side where correspondence could be posted when the front is locked.  In overall good original condition with marks and imperfections as to be expected, a great desk!
 
The desk is very heavy and will be delivered in pieces as we have shown in the last photo, we can supply details of putting it together but it is fairly straight forward! All the pieces are numbered '6'.
