All of our prices include delivery. You are also very welcome to come and collect the item.
Smaller orders are sent out within 2 working days and are sent via Royal Mail or a carrier service.
LARGER ITEMS
Delivery to mainland UK is now included on all items.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, please let us know if you need an item delivered urgently before purchasing or at checkout and we will do our best to get it to you quickly.
Often the delivery is done by a one person delivery service who may need help unloading heavier and bulkier items. please let us know if there are any steps or stairs involved (including outside steps) as this may incur an additional charge. The delivery company will be fully insured and may need to arrange delivery dates and times with you directly.

We hope you love your purchase from Owl and the Elephant. Please bear in mind that all our items are vintage and therefore pre-owned. We try and be as accurate as possible in our descriptions and photography and are happy to send you more photos if required so you can be sure of the quality of the item you are buying. However, if for any reason you need to return an item we will refund the cost of the item only, not the cost of shipping. The item must be returned at the buyers expense by a signed for delivery service within 14 days and must be in the same condition in which it was received.
