A beautiful pine tambour desk by Karl Mechler. The desk is in overall good vintage condition with marks and imperfections as to be expected. The desk has a tambour front which when opened reveals four side drawers. The tambour front has the original lock and key, as is common with tambour fronts there is knack to keep it closed, the key must be horizontal. The original makers badge is visible just underneath the desk top as can be seen in the photos. As with many of these older desks it is lower than a standard desk height, please make sure it works for you, a lovely desk!
