A beautiful vintage medium French faux bamboo mirror with original glass. These mirrors were popular around the early 1900s when bamboo was not readily available so the bamboo was copied in wood by furniture makers. The glass has great patina, some age related marks, imperfections and blackening to the glass. There is evidence of historical woodworm to the wooden frame and back which we have treated as a precaution. The mirror has a hanging wire so it can be hung portrait.  A really lovely piece.
