A rare large La Poste French post box made in 1955, the makers name and date are stamped on the inside. The post box is solid and heavy as it made from cast aluminium. The colours on the post box are great. The box still has the original lock and embossed key. It would make a great key cupboard or hallway storage, a  really fantastic piece of French postal history!
