This beautiful large vintage French teachers desk came from a textile school in Eastern France. The desk has a metal tubular frame, wooden desk top and side drawers. In original vintage condition there are marks and imperfections as to be expected from a well used piece. The metal tubular frame has marks to the paintwork and it has completely worn off in places, this all adds to its vintage charm. The drawers run smoothly, there are a few small marks and ink stains as is common with a desk of this age. The makers label is still attached to the back of the drawers, a really stunning piece!
