This beautiful French large green vintage Demijohn was used for fermenting wine. Each Demijohn was hand blown so each one is unique. There are air bubbles and imperfections to the glass as to be expected and the colour varies on each piece. As they are handmade the form can be a little irregular but this all adds to their charm! They look lovely filled with spring blossom branches or winter twigs, or simply displayed on their own. We have given the Demijohn a good clean but there are some areas inside that are difficult to reach as can be seen in the photos. A really lovely piece!
