Beautiful antique oak French theatre seats salvaged from a large house in northern France. These are some of the best theatre seats we have had and are very well made. The chairs are in lovely condition with beautiful embossed detail on the seats and back rest. The seats do not bounce back as theatre seats usually do so can also be used as a bench. There are marks and imperfections as to be expected and the seats have a lovely patina. The seats have very faint numbers underneath the seats and different more recent numbers on back. The seats stand free but can also be screwed to the floor for extra stability. Great as extra seating that does not take up much room or perfect for the hallway, a really great piece!
