A beautiful antique French Louis-Philippe wall mirror. The mirror has the typical Louis-Philippe shape, rectangular with rounded top corners. The mirror has a black frame with gold decorative raised floral pattern and beading and original back. There are some small areas where the floral pattern and beading is missing and there have been historical repairs in places, some plaster is cracked as is common with these mirrors. As the frame is made of resin/plaster it is a delicate piece but considering its age it is in good shape! The mirror is nicely aged with foxing and black spots and would work well in a traditional or contemporary setting. A really stunning mirror!
