A lovely small vintage industrial Pfaff machinist work lamp from around the 1950s. Pfaff is a manufacturer of sewing machines and is now owned by the SGSB Co.LTD. Pfaff was founded in Kaiserslautern Germany in 1862 by instrument maker Georg-Michael Pfaff. Pfaff's first machine was handmade and designed to sew leather in the manufacture of shoes.

This lamp was salvaged from a textile factory in France and has lovely patina. It retains the original makers sticker and paint, this is well worn and missing in places,.and has some wear, it gives the lamp great charm and history! The lamp would have been attached to a workbench, it can easily be mounted onto a wood base or wall as we have shown in the photos. The lamp has been rewired and PAT tested and is in full working order.
