Lovely large 19" vintage SAAFLUX Benjamin factory pendant lights. The shades are made from grey vitreous enamel with original steel gallery embossed with the makers name and details. All the lights still have some or all of their original manufacturers stickers, although very faded. The lights are in very good original condition, there are a few minor rusts marks and imperfections. The lights have been rewired with with black and white braided cable, PAT tested and have the original E40 bulb holder.
 
Originating in Chicago in 1898 the Benjamin Electric Manufacturing Company was founded by Reuben Berkley Benjamin. After success in the US and Canada they expanded to the UK and had factories in London where many of the classic factory shades were manufactured.
