A beautiful heavy late Victorian two door filing cabinet made by the American company Amberg.  The cabinet has two doors complete with the original working lock and key. Inside are 6 filing drawers each with their original index labels, four of them still have the original sprung file. In overall good original condition, there are marks and imperfections as to be expected and the doors do not sit flush when locked. The cabinet sits on castors so can be moved around and it would make a great side or low table. A great piece!
